Tens of thousands of people were wrongfully denied visas under the Muslim and African Bans. Many families remain separated. A federal district judge has made clear that the Biden admin needs to remedy the situation for these thousands of visa applicants and their families.
BREAKING: A federal judge ruled that the Biden admin must undo the harms of the Muslim & African Bans, and reconsider denied visa applications. The Biden admin must do what’s right and develop a fair, effective visa process for our communities.
