@AmazonHelp To clarify, I have never heard from an account specialist. I do not know how to work with them. Is there a chat I can initiate somewhere?

@AmazonHelp I have attempted access my account monthly after it was hacked 8 months ago with customer service telling me “an account specialist will reach out” to remove the two-step verification that is preventing me from accessing the account. They never have. Still no access.

@AmazonHelp I have not received an email from an account specialist at it’s been over 48 hours. This is now the 8th time I have had to have this same exact conversation. Please provide another solution before I get charged for the membership.

@AmazonHelp Hi, I’ve done this 8x already. They send me a link to reset - I get blocked by 2-step verification. They then let me know that an account specialist will reach out. They never do. Please provide another solution.

@AmazonHelp Hi! Nothing there. The email should just be a confirmation that 2-step verification has been disabled so I can access my account again. I am still prompted to 2-step verify to the hackers phone #. Which tells me the action promised was never completed.
