Much of the “mental load” mothers have is due to coddling their children. “Better pack everything!” Or else what? The kids won’t die if they don’t have immediate access to bottled water and snacks. It’s not a big deal. My goodness.

@redracheln @classicallyabby I was able to tandem feed #1 when I had my second baby.

I became incredibly averse to it while pregnant with babies 3-6. As soon as the toddler turned 2, during these pregnancies, my body gave clear signals it was done breastfeeding for the next few months.

@BeckyTheChicken I ate 6/day starting at 37 weeks. Also drank a ton of red raspberry leaf tea. Had the best labor and delivery out of all 6 babies!

@celestial_chic @KatieMiller @bethanyshondark @SLOTUS I had my first in 2014. Gap and Old Navy still had maternity in the stores. I had my 6th baby this year and the clothing options were comical. (I was dumb and got rid of a lot after #5 🤪)
