@EkeneAninze If i may asked for learning, what is the population of members of NBA nation wide? Again I would like to know the percentage of literacy in Nigeria? Because sometimes we can easily sit at the comfort of our room and assume everyone is having the same background in this country
The FIFA world ratings is actually not a fluke.
World No. 3 is Facing World No. 4 in Third Place match.
World No. 1 is Facing World No.2 in the
Main Final.
We will have a new World No. 1.
"In the cabinet of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, we have a serving BOT member of APGA as a minister—Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu. We also have a serving member of APGA as the pioneer MD/CEO of the Southeast Development Commission, a commission established for the economic development of the Southeast. He is a man who understands that politics is above partisan interests." — APGA National Chairman, Barrister Sylvester (Sly)
Have you ever wondered what happens to a trash bag once you drop it in the bin?
Where does it end up?
Mate, we don't recycle, and it's filling up the landfills.
Lagos also has less space for landfills. New York has a similar land size and exports its waste. As Lagos' population increases, its trash piles will grow, but the PSP and landfill haven't expanded.
Lagos needs to start recycling seriously to reduce these rubbish dumps.
Firstly, polyethylene (nylon) single-use bags and packaging should be banned, and public education, especially targeting certain demographics, is essential.
The Lagos Ministry of Environment alone cannot solve this issue; it extends beyond blocked drains. It's an ecosystem problem that requires multiple solutions, and ordinary residents of Lagos need to change their behaviour and relationship with waste.
I wanted to rant about how slow the business has been this year, then I remember how ungrateful I would be to God because I haven’t owed salaries this year; I haven’t been asked to fulfil any financial obligations at homes that I failed to; and I wasn’t admitted in the hospital for any terminal illness.
Alhamdulilah. 🙏
"What did the church gain from having Osinbajo, a Pastor as Vice President? Nothing!. My fellow Pastors are ignorant about politics. Instead of insisting on a Christian Vice President, Christians must get involved in politics at the ward level. U can't have a credible candidate without credible delegates at Primaries."- Pastor Femi Emmanuel.
Brilliant man!
Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time. Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up. Nothing is impossible, the word itself says 'I'm possible'!
🚨 Mind-Blowing Engineering Alert! 🇨🇳
This isn’t just a bridge… it’s the tallest in the world the Huajiang Canyon Bridge in Guizhou, China. Standing 625 meters high (taller than 2 Eiffel Towers stacked!), it spans a massive “Earth Crack” abyss.
But the real genius? Engineers discovered karst groundwater during construction and didn’t divert it they turned it into a stunning 300m artificial waterfall cascading down both sides!
By day: a silver river falling from the sky. By night: an illuminated visual masterpiece.
Inside? A massive glass observation hall with insane canyon views + the world’s highest bungee jump (625m freefall).
What used to be a 2-hour journey now takes 2 minutes.
China turning infrastructure into pure ART.
Respect. 🔥

You still missed the point, so let me break it down with a little logic.
The car was parked. The tyres were clamped. An officer approached and called Obi. Obi identified himself. The matter was resolved, and the car was released on self-recognition because he was treated as a VVIP.
Now ask yourself this: did you or I know anything about this incident before he granted an interview? No.
So why did he grant an interview over an issue that had already been settled? In my view, it was to project himself as the good person and to create the impression that the government was out to embarrass him.
A truly good person doesn't need to keep telling people they are good. His actions and other people's testimonies will speak for Him.
He understood the emotions of his supporters, so he told the story in a way that would generate sympathy and reinforce the narrative that he was being targeted.
Bro.This is needless disinformation and divisive rhetoric designed to tribalize a national military victory.
The successful rescue of the 44 Oyo pupils and teachers was a joint, intelligence-led operation involving elite Nigerian military and security personnel from almost every tribe, across multiple formations and agencies (Army 2 Division coordination, special forces from Army/Navy/Air Force, ONSA/NCTC, Police, DSS, NIA).
A brave officer from the North played a key role in the mission alongside, Maj General Nnebeife who leads the Oyo division & others. (I will keep his identity rightly protected for operational security).
Maj General Nnebeife is as Nigerian as you can ever imagine with a childhood history in the North and one who is fluent in Hausa. I am sure he is reading this and wondering why his State of Origin is being promoted in the middle of this Nigerian Victory.
The operation focused on dismantling terrorist networks in Old Oyo National Park and beyond, forcing the unconditional release of the victims.
There was a brave police lieutenant who died during the mission but, he was not a casualty of the assault. He tragically died after hitting his head on a rock during a dive while enjoying a leisure swim the shallow waters of Oyo National Park during the mission. May God rest his soul!
Our gallant troops represent “One Nigeria”. Their bravery and professionalism transcend tribe or state. Attempts to turn every success into ethnic scorekeeping weaken national unity and dishonor the real heroes.
My brother, Facts over fiction. Nigeria Forward 🇳🇬💚
The bar is so low (non-existent in fact) for fake news.
You just have to allege it, and virality is assured. No burden of proof whatsoever.
Earlier this week we saw fake news (originated by a national TV station) about the alleged singing of the old national anthem at FEC -- on a day that FEC did not even hold. Nobody asked any (basic) questions before running with the news.
Also, the most unrepentant fake-ists NEVER retract or apologise.
A heartwarming video has captured the moment Delta billionaire, oil magnate and philanthropist Chief Dr. Daniel Omoyibo (Danmotech) gifted a barber N5 million after a casual visit to a barbing salon.
According to the story, Danmotech had walked away from one barber after they couldn't agree on the haircut price. Another barber then invited him over and agreed to cut his hair.
While having the haircut, the businessman learnt that the barber, who is from Kogi State, was working for the shop owner. When asked how much he needed to open his own barbing salon, the barber estimated between N2 million and N3 million.
Moved by the conversation, Danmotech immediately transferred N5 million to him to help him start his own business and also exchanged contacts with him, promising further
It’s Easier To Stop Governors Abusing State Police Than To Police Nigeria From Abuja
The concern that a governor might use state police for political ambition is real. But it’s much easier to address that through detailed legislation than to try to police a country as vast as Nigeria from one central place.
Former Prime Minister of Israel, Ehud Barak
🚨Thierry Henry on Argentina eliminating Egypt from the FIFA World Cup:
🗣️ “For me, this feels like football robbery in broad daylight.
I’m not taking anything away from Argentina’s quality because they have world-class players, but I don’t think they deserved to win this match. Egypt worked incredibly hard to build a two-goal lead. They defended with courage, attacked with confidence and earned every bit of that advantage.
The turning point, in my opinion, was the refereeing. I didn’t agree with the penalty that was awarded to Argentina earlier in the game, and after that it felt as though every important decision was going against Egypt. Whether people agree or disagree, those moments changed the rhythm of the match and gave Argentina the momentum they desperately needed.
Egypt will leave this tournament feeling heartbroken because they were so close to one of the greatest victories in their history. Sometimes football is decided by brilliant moments, and sometimes it’s decided by controversial decisions. Tonight, I believe the officiating will be discussed just as much as the football itself.”
