Tried calling ola customer support to get slots for nearby service centre (three days since I have been calling them), but guess what? the customer support guy hung up on me this time! 💀
Just a proof of how pathetic the customer support service is!

@NeverSayYesDude @brahma_4u @bhash Then why don't we see similar outrage in case of Ather vehicles or other EV players. With no.of complaints raised on a daily basis being in 1000s you can't say it was just due to bad handling. Even if it was, it's the customer's right to ask for service getting done on time.

It's been 3 days since my scooty stopped functioning.I've been tryin repeatedly to book a slot for a nearby service centre.But no slots are available.And when I call customer care, I end up waiting for 30 mins every time to just get a disappointing and pathetic response.#olasucks

@kunalkamra88 @jagograhakjago I don't know why they have that map(ola maps) feature there. I'm more likely to reach my destination by guessing the route than following that damn map.
It's a genuine issue @bhash , you can check in your own ola for once, if you own one. :)

I have lost the count of the hyper chargers I have visited in the past 2 years and I swear none of them work. None !!
Have raised multiple complaints regarding this.
And note that I am talking about a prime location-Banglore.

@bhash I have been trying to get my number plate replaced for a month now. Now that govt has made it compulsory to get HSRP plate, I tried calling help lines but could not find any adequate response. I have lost all hope for the repair now...this is my final try.
