@chronicmom1 I did the same thing with getting a counter height foldable chair for the kitchen. I told a friend I should have gotten it 3 years ago when I first thought about it. I also catch myself doing this when I think about purchasing an Alinker.

@FndPortal In addition to that, my trigger days (once as a toddler and then again as an adult) both occurred during or directly following a bad infection that required antibiotics. As an adult, it was 3 rounds of antibiotics.
@FndPortal I hope more research is done on this. I did an elimination diet for 30 days and when I reintroduced gluten it triggered my dystonia almost immediately and within an hour I had brain fog.
@jonstoneneuro@explanimate@FNDAus Great video but I wish we had a universal definition on what "improve" means. As a patient, when I first heard I can get better I thought that meant 100% better. After almost a decade with FND, I have improved but it's never been back to 100%. I still have symptoms daily.
