@MuraliM2020 Mr. Murali, in West Bengal Shriram Properties not doing well bcz, I had booked properties in phase-1 Grand city one project in 2018 but not yet getting handover due to OC hence already paid my full amount. like this many peoples are booked in 2016 and not getting handover.

@MuraliM2020 Mr. Murali can you please elaborate the fact for not geting OC for your Sriram Grand City Project Kolkata, since I had booked a flat in this project on 2016 & till date no bacic amenities are there along with OC, Isn't quit a long time for completing a projest??

Please let us know time frame when Shriram Grand City will be ready.We are unfortunate that since 2016 we are waiting and now 2022 running already delay, Bengal Shriram failed to keep their promise to  make the Grand One live.
Let us know why OC getting delay.

If there is not a quick resolution, I think many of the home buyers will start protesting and with media. It will only shrunk the name of Shriram Properties.

By next month I have to evacuate my rented apartment and I have no alternative destination to stay, Then where I should take my mother and wife to stay??
Shriram Grandcity office bearers are not able to answer when they will get the OC,Electricity etc?
Please help

As per Shriram Grandcity, Phase 1 commitment we can start living there by next one month but they have not received the OC yet, There is no electricity, proper water, How do we live there? Booked flat in 2015 but has not received yet

As committed by Shriram,I did my existing rented flat agreement upto September 17th and after that I have to evacuate my flat but now Management is saying that they don't have proper date for getting OC
Where do I live now?
