Yesterday @RedclematisC and @BarbaraEAWilson ran a virtual workshop for a team whose manager has #cancer.
We helped them understand how best to support him during and after treatment and once he is back at work. Do you do the same for your employees? If not, why not?
@Rebecca32027403 Absolutely 100% agree with this, they are all still children who need a voice and someone to wonder what is happening to them, more than ever, rather than judgement and preconceptions
Attended virtual training last Tuesday absolutely fantastic!!! We certainly need to sit up and listen as people not just social care workers. Inspirational.. @rmbc_LAcademy @carlenefirmin
