@sainsburys yet again another unacceptable level of noise coming from the Bridge of Weir store pre 7am. I was assured this would stop. It’s Sunday and the noise from deliveries started at 6.30 am. It’s now 7.20am and it continues. @RenCouncil
@sainsburys could someone please contact me about a noise complaint. I live next to one of your stores who insists on deliveries at anytime between 5.30am and 7am. I have raised the issue in store and had no response.
@SimplyBeUK your customer service is appalling. I have messaged @SimplyBeUK help and I have responded to your customer services request for details multiple times - my order of 21 July has never been delivered and I’ve never received a refund. Can someone please look into this
@simplybehelp I’d appreciate if someone from your customer service team could respond to query. I ordered goods on 21 July which I have not received and have not received a refund for. I assumed you were a reputable company but it would appear this is not the case.

@PetsatHome I have been trying for several weeks to receive an update on a refund of £273.57 from uncollected repeat orders. Can some please reply to my e-mails or connect with me here. Customer service is very poor.
@holland_barrett Refused copy invoice for goods bought with my e-mail , credit card and my home address as billing address because the name on the order was the person who collected. Invoice is being sent to collector with my personal details on it - how does that work with GDPR
@VirginMoney I have been trying to get access to my bank account since February - I can’t pay any bills, invoices, not received any statements. I have phoned and e-mailed, asked to speak to a Manager was told none available - who do I escalate this too?
@VirginMoney That’s what I’ve been doing and as I said I’ve not been able to access my account since February!!! I have asked several times now to escalate the issue and to speak to a Manager and I keep being told there are jo managers available and that the issue will be resolved in 24hrs!
