Greetings to you fellow citizens of the Republic and the World. My name is Mandla Shabangu from Mpumalanga. Below is a glimpse of how the South African Government has violated my Constitutional Rights for over 16 years without remorse.

Over the years the Chief Justice of RSA Hon Raymond Zondo denying his judiciary stuff being "Captured". I hereby after a long period of injustice, and being victimized by the officials @OCJ_RSA bring evidence. You will know how the civilians of this country are deprived of their Human Rights and Dignity by the following officials @OCJ_RSA
1. Phethuvuyo Gagai - National Complaints Officer (Head Office)
2. Ms Salome Malatji - Acting Director: Court Operations(Gauteng Division of the High Court)
3. Mr Allister Slingers - Director: Executive Support (Constitutional Court)
4. Lebo Montshwane - Personal Assistant(Director: Executive Support)
5. Adv. M Potgieter - Deputy Director General(Court Administration Services)
6. Ms Jeanette Ngobeni - Director Court Operations (Mpumalanga)
7. Mariaan Britz - Mbombela Regional Court Manager
8. Godfrey - Security Liaison Officer(National)

NB: This list is inexhaustible. The above mentioned individuals and others in the judiciary are surely captured. I am still seeking closure.

In our province (Mpumalanga), I've been played by the office of @CouncilPractice after a period of 18 months failing to take action against their favorite law firm, Labe MM Attorneys in Mbombela because @CouncilPractice is "Captured". The civilians in our province will continue to suffer as a result of @CouncilPractice inaction under the leadership of Ms B Sekonya and her colleagues if they are not called into order quickly.

South Africans are faced with issues of injusticeon a daily basis and they have nowhere to turn to. After a so called private investigator Mr Chad Thomas from @FraudWatchZA took advantage of my misfortune and took my last R65 000.00 promising to investigate and take my case court and the news. But instead, he further took another R25 000.00 making a total of R90 000.00 and disappeared in 2019 after handing to me an interim report shortly after a failed attempt to shoot me dead was reported. I urge you to bring back my money Sir, at least.

@SAHRCommission is a disgrace and useless constitutional institution since they are failing perform their constitutional obligations because of the "Captured" leadership of @EricMokonyama it Mpumalanga Province, it is the same with the national office or perhaps they attend to selective cases appropriately, i don't know.

One would suggest that a Chapter 9 institutional like @PublicProtector in south africa is independent and impartial allowing it to protect poor civilians from the abuse of power by state institutions who violate human rights on purpose. However, that is not the case in Mpumalanga Province under the leadership of "Captured" @botromias , and National Office (Pretoria) under the leadership of "Captured" Amukelani Sumbani or perhaps they attend to selective cases appropriately, i don't know.

I have always thought that @independen60714 assist civilians in dealing with police misconduct and failure to perform their responsibilities in terms of protecting innocent south africans. To my surprise, in the completely "Captured" Mpumalanga Office of @independen60714 that is not the case. Perhaps they assist others with simple cases, but not mine. Six (6) months down the line after i opened a case i still don't have a case number nor reference number.

After all the relevant, and involved institutions of the state have offended, victimized and violated my constitutional rights for over 16 years now, and the chapter 9 institutions having failed to rescue my day to day threatened life. I have this past January written to the National Commissioner of Police Lt Gen SF Masemola asking for redress of my troubled life and the safety of my family members. However, my letter did not reach the office of the Commissioner because of the "Captured" leadership of Captain Mudau in the Complaints Office of the Commissioner.

@MDNnewss Ya, very true,no court has jurisdiction to overturn constitutional court ruling, the president is frustrated, Ramaposa should stop embarassing himself it's over just accept and resign, I predict the western cape high court will just say "we don't have the jurisdiction to this" .
