@14traderO @sousou5456 I grew up in Germany as a Kurd from Turkey. And we literally had Turkish Language classes IN A GERMAN SCHOOL (I believe it was from Grade 2-3), the Turkish government send these Teachers. So why does a Kurd not have State mandated Kurdish Language classes in Turkish schools

I know many PKK supporters, and most of them come from traditional families. They are more religious than Erdogan's supporters and have no interest in communism; they simply supported the PKK because of their support for the Kurdish cause, nothing more.

But Turkey only wants them strong enough so they don't have another Iran/PMF order. For example in 2017 Turkey supported the Shia Militias when they took Kirkuk and Sinjar from the KRG.

@chageaway The SDF claimed they have around 30k Solides in the YPG, the rest were the Arab Units which were not part of the YPG but different councils. But yes the number for the Peshmerga is much lower. I believe it's 75k currently under the new unified MoPa.
