one thing I have noticed about women they naturally can’t submit to mentally weak men. that’s why when a man feels that he is losing power and dominance becomes more and more aggressive.

There are different powers that constitute a man

1) physical power
2) mental power
3) sexual power
4) financial power
5) spiritual power

failure to balance these powers can make a man become less useful.

1) Physical power was giving so he can work hard, protect, uplift and provide for women and children NOT beating up women

2) Mental power - to understand himself and the partner and those around him, being in charge of his emotions and giving mental support to his woman and sound advises to his kids and generation but NOT to deceive and manipulate

3) Sexual power - to reproduce and expand his clan and to satisfy her woman as a natural duty to perform NOT to sleep around and raping women and kids

4) Financial power- to take a good care of his family and making sure that even when he is late but his family will be forever eating NOT to control a woman by emotionally blackmailing her due to her poor financial stance

5) Spiritual power - self awakening, not being influence by other people and society as well as other forces .. becoming an independent and analytical thinker and avoiding tainting yourself by indulging in stuff that ruins your spirit. this makes you love God and nature

The type of books you read, type of people you follow and type of elders you milk knowledge and wisdom from plays a major role in all this.

You can’t be perfect but u can be real and always try your best to be a good example to those come after you. kids copy and paste what they normally see at home..

coming home late drunk and kids noticing that has a huge negative impact in their lives just like swearing at them and fighting with your gf/wife,, believe me those things can cause a serious damage.. no child enjoys seeing their big brothers or parents drunk. It kills their hope and it’s very demotivating.

It’s never too late to mend, if you know you have a problem do not bottle it.. SEEK HELP! 💪🏾♥️
