@LNER I’m currently on the 15:30 service from Kings Cross to Edinburgh and my partner has just been subjected to appalling behaviour from one of the ticket officers, Claire. Her manner and attitude was very aggressive, witnessed by others on the train. Expect a formal complaint.

@TUIUK Today we arrived at Timanfaya Palace in Playa Blanca. We had to wait 2.5 hours for our room to be ready. Other guests who arrived on our flight or flights after ours were shown straight to their rooms. We are celebrating a birthday today and this has really upset us 🙁
