The strength of feeling from allies, in particular from across Europe, is something to behold.
Keir Starmer really did rebuild our nation’s reputation on the global stage.
Have followed the politics of the country I grew up in since Harold Wilson 🤡but seriously don't understand what's just happened
Starmer sure wasn't the greatest communicator, made mistakes and I for one thought his red lines on the EU were ludicrous - but he was an 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 more serious PM than the clowns he replaced - Johnson ? Truss - hello ? And do people really think Burnham isn't going to prove equally unpopular within barely a few months ?
Starmer made his party electable then reduced NHS waiting lists, and drastically cut immigration within just 2 years, significantly improved UK EU relations and refused to take the UK into Trump's vanity war. Most non UK media treated him as being boring, which is way better than as clowns as had been the case with the his predecessors
I honestly think too, watching this from the EU, there's an element of the usual UK exceptionalism in it. In the age we live in all leaders are pretty unpopular, Macron, Merz, Trump to name but a few. There are massive forces outside all our countries whipping up discord and divisiveness against those in power and huge numbers of idiots fall for it and worse echo it. Starmer's downfall is in some way because the UK doesn't realize how unpopular all leaders are these days
Anyway - Burnham already proved in Makerfield he was a weathervane on Europe. Yet another British PM with no clear idea of whether the UK's place is in Europe or not is hardly what it needs, 10 years on (and 7 PMs) after deciding to "take back control" .....
@supertanskiii He was forced out by the media, there was no scandal, no corruption, no lying under oath or sex scandals. The media decided they didn't want him as prime minister and they engaged in a relentless campaign to undermine his leadership until he was forced out. That's why it's wrong.
Now that I’ve processed the joy of Burnham battering Reform, I must admit that I have very mixed feelings about Starmer resigning. Not out of loyalty or admiration, not on a tribal level, it’s just something feels a bit wrong about it all and I cannot quite figure out what it is.
Well done Elon Musk. And all the other cunts.
It now seems the voters do not matter in British politics.
The media hounded Starmer and then the fuckwit Labour MPs joined in.
Shameful.
Andy Burnham hasn’t been in parliament for years. No involvement in international politics, failed twice to lead the Party.
He is extremely out of his depth and under qualified to just walk into number 10.
What he and his associates are doing is reckless.
There is a 24/7 camera that shows the reflecting pool. If someone went into the pool and made a 250 foot gash, it would have been seen.
trump is lying again. Everyone knows it, but the people at @TheJusticeDept are randomly going after people to soothe trump’s fragile ego.
Reform and Restore called for it. The Conservatives supported it. Labour stood by and allowed it to happen. Meanwhile, the mainstream media helped normalise and amplify it.
Islamophobia is not a fringe phenomenon, it's a product of the political and media system that sustains it.
An absolutely awful attack- but totally predictable.
You’ll now see people who have driven hatred of Muslims condemn the attack & feign surprise at how such a thing could happened.
But if you create an atmosphere of hate you share responsibility

The wretched leaders of the Remain campaign in 2016 allowed the debate around Freedom of Movement to be framed entirely in terms of immigration. There was no attempt to point out that ending Freedom of Movement would deprive Britons of the right to live, work and study across 30 countries. The question on the referendum ballot paper left it open whether Freedom of Movement would be retained or abandoned.
We were robbed of Freedom of Movement without any democratic debate about the removal of our rights. And, let's be clear, the loss of Freedom of Movement barely affects the very rich, they and money can move around much as before. It is ordinary folk who get entangled in European immigration red tape.
We must demand the restoration of Freedom of Movement - the return of our rights. The righting of an undemocratic robbery. And that's the debate that has to be won if the UK is ever to benefit from the economic boost of rejoining the Single Market. It is a battle that must be fought, and which we must fight.
Thank you all for the messages of concern but I am not dead.
If I were, it would be entirely appropriate for you to have blamed Israel. 🤷♀️
Somewhat relatedly, Charlie Kirk was not concerned he was going to be killed by a transgendered furry after a full day of arguing with Zionists about him abandoning the pro-Israel cause.
Hope this helps.
Israeli minister Itamar Ben-Gvir has said that, "For every tear of an Israeli mother, a thousand Lebanese mothers must weep. All of Lebanon must burn!"
This is Nazism. The mentality is the same, just a different set of victims.
Israel must be harshly sanctioned until it removes Nazis like Ben-Gvir from its government.
You complete dumb fuck..
Faucci should sue your ass.
There is NOTHING in the released documents that “ documents Fauci
played a central role in causing the COVID 19 Pandemic”.
You clearly have not read the documents.
But what is now FACT is that there have been 2104 Measles cases in the US this year, which can be directly linked to your anti vax bullshit.
@SecKennedy Now it’s Fauci CAUSING COVID-19????? How the fuck were you ever appointed as HHS secretary? Your raccoon dick rabies brain should be lobotomized. YOU NEED TO BE IMPEACHED NOW!
@SecKennedy You both will go down in the history books as traitors. You, to your family’s legacy and to medical science. 🚽

Dr. Fauci is a world-renowned doctor and hero.
