@MartinSLewis Hello I’m desperate. British Gas have said our energy next year estimate is in excess of £27,000 two of us live in a 4 bed home that’s not huge. I can’t get to a human on the phone and online chat is terrible. No other company will take us on as they see British Gas estimates.

@BritishGas Hello. We had an gas engineer this morning who said we need an electrician from Homecare as the hot water stat is not turning boiler off and it’s a wiring problem. I managed to speak to someone who said they’d call me back but they haven’t and now I get call failed when I ring.

It’s now day FIVE of arriving in Sydney and our bag is STILL MISSING @British_Airways - we’ve had NO communication, no update to our tracking, no response to multiple emails. What the hell is going on??? We need this stuff, it’s hugely important to us, you are ruining our trip
