@letsblinkit @blinkitcares The issue was sorted, but the delivery personnel should handover the parcel to the customer and not tell them to move down and collect. Henceforth, please make sure that they make doorstep delivery

Please let your delivery persons know that the parcel should be delivered at the door & not tell the customer to come down and collect.
They are not ready to deliver the parcel even on the 3rd floor (in case the lift is dead)

Why are the drivers charging extra than the amount (range) shown while booking?

They say we have to pay by meter charges? If so then why do we need #Uber or #Ola?

The ride was for some ₹268 but the driver asked for ₹25 per kilometre and now demanding the same.
