Recharged 3599 to the wrong number on the Airtel app. Raised a complaint immediately,it got closed without any call or update. I even called customer care, but after 4 days they said no refund. How can a case be closed without informing the customer? @Airtel_Presence please help!

Traveling near Kurumbur, Sri Vaikundam area in Thoothukudi district, agricultural fields are still submerged 6 days after the rain stopped and look like lakes. Crops destroyed, submerged tractors partially visible. Highways damaged. Some interior villages still not reachable.

I visited Seva Bharati volunteers in Thoothukudi today. The org has 1000 volunteers here working day and
night all week. Even today, there is still a lot of water in many neighborhoods, and I even found a dead calf on the street.
