@casedodo What’s the point of having a return policy if you guys just won’t respond to the customers?
I’ve been trying to exchange and it’s been 6 days since I emailed you guys. Still no response.

Apr 24, 2022 - I bought the HomeSpeaker500 from Amazon.
Aug31, 2022 - It was sent to the service center for sound issues.
Oct 11, 2022 - It was delivered back in the same condition. Nothing was fixed.

The speaker has been with you more than I have used it.
I don't want it fixed now. Just tell me what I need to do to get my money back.
I'm sorry but I can never use or recommend anything from Bose again.
