மோசமான சாலையால் நேற்று, 4 வயது ஒரு மழலை சிறுவனின் உயிர் பறிபோய்விட்டது.😡

6 நாட்களாக இரவில் பெய்த மழையால் கீழே உள்ள வீடியோவில் இருப்பது போல சாலை மிக மோசமாக இருந்தது.

சாலையை சரி செய்யாத ஒப்பந்ததாரர்கள்,
ஆபத்தான சூழலை கவனிக்காத அதிகாரிகள்,
சாலையின் நிலையைப் பொருட்படுத்தாமல் வேகமாகவும் பொறுப்பில்லாமலும் வாகனம் ஓட்டும் ஓட்டுநர்கள்,
மக்கள் குரலுக்கு செவி சாய்க்காத இந்நாள் / முன்னாள் அரசுகள்.

ஒவ்வொருவரின் அலட்சியமும் சேர்ந்து இன்று ஒரு குடும்பத்தின் உலகத்தையே பறித்துவிட்டது.😡

ஒரு குழந்தையின் உயிரை எந்த சாலையும் திருப்பித் தராது.

பல வருடங்களாக முழுமையாக புதுப்பிக்கப்படாத இந்த சாலைக்கு இனியாவது நிரந்தர தீர்வு கிடைக்க வேண்டும்.

இன்னொரு உயிர் பலியாகும் முன் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

Due to a technical issue, direct train service between Central and airport Via Koyambedu are temporarily suspended until further notice.

Passengers travelling to the Airport via the Green Line (via Anna Nagar, Koyambedu) are requested to interchange at Arignar Anna Alandur Metro Station and continue their journey using Blue Line Airport services.

Similarly, passengers travelling from the Green Line to the Blue Line are also requested to interchange at Arignar Anna Alandur Metro Station.

Except for the inter-corridor service, both Green Line (Puratchi Thaivar M.G.Ramachandran Central - St.Thomas Mount) and Blue Line (WIMCO Nagar - Airport) trains are operating normally as per the weekday schedule.

I just spoke to a very well-known and well-respected economics expert who had these comments about TN's debt and Fiscal Deficit numbers:

1.  The Total Debt will rise every year, from America to Japan to India to every State. It is not a relevant or useful measure.

2. It is the proportion of Debt to the GSDP that is relevant. In the case of TN, it is more or less constant.

3. It is the sharp improvement in Fiscal Deficit to GSDP that indicates that TN has managed its finances well. The Fiscal Deficit to GSDP has sharply improved from 3.46% to 3.00%.  At 3.00%, TN would have achieved the FRBM target. Fiscal Deficit is a measure of the borrowing every year, and TN has managed its borrowing very well. It is a dramatic improvement of nearly 0.5 per cent in 5 years.

Without looking into this nuance any other comparison across states is meaningless.

Today, another very dangerous incident occurred while I was driving to work in Chennai, OMR Road, where the new metro rail project construction is going on. The video that I have attached shows a beam that falls off with a long screw or a bot attached to it and bounces while my car (Creta) goes underneath it. It was a near miss, and I was travelling with my family (my parents and brother), and they were in shock, as anything could have happened, as the sharp point could have caused immense damage or even injury to my family.
As shown in the video, I myself was in shock and had to stop the car immediately. We got out and saw that most of the vehicles coming in the back were able to stop in time and got out without any damage or injuries.
I did not go further to ask anyone, as my family wanted me to take them home immediately.
Thankfully, no one was harmed. but this easily could have been a very bad situation sir.
This incident took place on December 17th 2025, at 11:45 pm in OMR Road - Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Need more MEMU trains b/w VM and KPD and Dedicated important SPL trains from Coimbatore (via Tiruppur, Salem), Tirupati and Bengaluru (via Katpadi) @GMSRailway @DRMTPJ @SWRRLY

40 lakh people are expected to participate in this Deepam Festival and railways somehow thought 4.5-5.5 pairs of dedicated special trains are enough?, since regular and other weekly special trains have usual flow of patronage naturally.

Usually tens and thousands of people travel from Western TN and Bengaluru, yet, hardly there were any special trains from these regions. Kindly look into it @RailwaySeva @AshwiniVaishnaw
