While booking senior citizen/ lower berth quota ticket, the no of available berths is getting changed to total no of berths available (and not limited to the quota). Thereafter system not booking ticket saying that criteria of at least one lower berth is not met!! @IRCTCofficial

The rakhi packet has now been returned "undelivered" (RFS) last evening after this follow up on X. Not sure what was the reason of non delivery and why the packet has taken so long to return. The recipient was never contacted for delivery in the US. Can you please clarify!!?!!
