The project RERA P51700000602 extended date 31st Jan 21. Now it's June 2022, no response from Hubtown. NOC pending for F wing with MMRDA.
MMRDA and TMC shall see to it that while following procedure, ordinary people are not harassed and kept away from their legitimate claims.

RHS linked project need not linger for so many years!! The builder has to provide and adhere to the stipulated conditions. But if builder is not complying with, the authorities shall take action against the builder but not at the expense of common people ll!

Sir, kindly initiate change of old processes viz. Notary, Gazetted officers’ stamp, witnesses signatures, stamp papers etc in Pay and accounts office, SBI and many such government offices. Very frustrating experience to fill these forms when all information is online.
