Have identified and removed 5,649 fraudulent apps as of this morning. 4,586 from Google Play and 1,062 from the App Store. Another 242 are pending removal.

Yet, who cares? I have over 3,000 followers, including influential people, but my posts barely get 236 views. And I can’t tweet about every one of these apps.

We only react only when one of our known falls victim to these frauds. Until then we’re like “mujhe kya, main to smart hu 🤷‍♂️”

It is always great to meet up with @Vidurji , Secretary General at the National Human Rights Commission of India. I discussed with him the National Symposium on Mental Health, Human Rights and Digital Health, and the Universal Health Coverage and Digital Health at the @DigitalHSummit . Bharat bhai, as I fondly call him, is a revered personality for his enormous contributions to India and for helping the Modi Government to deliver public goods and utilities to millions of Indian households.

He is an out-of-box thinker and amongst India's greatest thinkers and doers.
