Building software for real businesses teaches you quickly that the biggest problems are usually operational, not technical.
• Calendar-based workforce management • Real-time sales & order analytics • Stripe payments • Admin controls for day-to-day operations
The most interesting part wasn't the payments or dashboards.
Recently built a cleaning services platform for a client.
What started as a simple booking system ended up becoming a complete operations platform.
Features:
• Online booking system
• Staff scheduling dashboard
Still improving it, but learned a lot about WebSockets, data visualization, authentication, and building products around user workflows.
Would love feedback from anyone working in analytics or developer tools.
Built Insight Flow a platform that lets users connect their databases and explore data through live dashboards instead of writing SQL.
• OAuth-secured database connections
• Interactive visualizations with D3 + Recharts

One thing I learned while building it: Users don't actually want dashboards. They want answers. The hardest part wasn't drawing charts, it was designing a system that could surface useful insights quickly from connected datasets.
