💰 ₹100/DAY COMPENSATION FROM SBI? 🔥

Here’s what happened:

📌 My father’s complaint was raised on 23 April.
⏳ The 30-day resolution period ended on 23 May.
💵 SBI has now confirmed compensation of ₹100/day for the delay.

📆 Approx. 96 days of delay
💰 ~₹9,600 compensation expected!

📞 On 25 August, the Home Branch Manager called, apologised for the issue and confirmed that the incorrect DPD removal has been initiated.

Now waiting for the CIBIL correction + compensation to actually reflect.

🚨 SBI Loan Issue → RBI Ombudsman

My father’s EMI was auto-debited at the old amount after an interest-rate revision, despite sufficient balance being maintained.

⚠️ This resulted in 29 DPD being reported for Nov & Dec 2025, affecting his CIBIL score.

The auto-debit was corrected from January, but the incorrect DPD entries remained.

📩 SBI complaint raised: 23 April
⏳ No resolution till: 21 July
🏦 Escalated to: RBI Ombudsman
📌 Complaint No.: XXXXX1904

Now, let’s see how this progresses.
