Had a booking with Makemytrip for today for 30 people, and complet payments is already done, now makemytrip just messaged us that booking cancelled. WHAT SHOULD WE DO at this last time?

This is how makemytrip support its support, first they asked for new booking invoice for validation and then just said sorry and deny to pay new booking amonunt.Even we had face a lot of harassment with our family but they don't care for that.@YatraOfficial @Cleartrip @bookingcom

@makemytripcare We thought makemytrip is becoming international brand and we are safe with it, but today from our experience saying that thank god we have not booked any international holiday with it. Even they are not ready for full refund of new accommodation also. @YatraOfficial @bookingcom

@makemytripcare (1/2) Makemytrip found solution after 7 hours, in between time no communication or no alternate reservation provided, so what are you expecting that we will be waiting in the hotel for 7 hours?
Now you are saying for refund, what is the value of refund for all our harassment.
