@ColinRyan From one Colin Ryan to another, how often in your life have you had people assuming your last name is your first name? It feels like it happens constantly to me—I get more emails addressed to Ryan than I do to Colin. Is this a universal Colin Ryan experience?
@KlasfeldReports “Look, we threw a *lot* of shit at that wall, some of it *must* have stuck. Sure, the wall may look clean, but if we don’t wade through the mountain of shit that has fallen off the wall and onto the floor, you can’t be sure”
@stelenj@KlasfeldReports It feels like they’re saying the affidavits aren’t trying to be actual evidence of what they say, just evidence that “a person said this thing, and they say they’re experts, so that works for us, no need to investigate veracity whatsoever”
@KlasfeldReports The fact that they respond to a question about what due diligence they did with the standard bs about “voting fraud could have happened! (If you ignore the total lack of evidence to that effect and how the system actually works) shows how little they have here.
@anntorrence@KlasfeldReports I’d assume disbarment is on the table for this, if they make their case badly enough. I can’t imagine the judge is particularly fond of the court getting used for political messaging in this way.
@KlasfeldReports So are all the requests for an evidentiary hearing them trying to pawn responsibility off on their witnesses? Because I can’t imagine what else they’d accomplish there.
