@DrAndyGalpin Thanks for this - super useful! I'm curious about exercise specificity - does it not matter which modality I pick to work on my VO2 max? For ex my max HR during all-out sprints is much higher than max HR on sled pulls/ KB circuits. Will I derive the same benefits from the latter?
