A duty doctor is NOT the hospital’s night watchman, expected to sit awake staring at the door all night. If there are no patients or emergencies, the doctor may rest in the duty room. When a patient arrives, nurses or other staff alert the doctor to attend.
More importantly, why film and circulate the faces of the doctor and staff nurses? They have professional reputations and must continue serving the same community. Such videos, without proper context, can create a wrong public perception and affect the trust patients place in them making their workplace unnecessarily difficult.
Doctors and nurses are human too. They have personal lives, pressures and ups and downs, while still turning up to care for patients.
Inspect. Question genuine negligence. Demand accountability.But don’t turn healthcare workers into social-media content for simply resting during a quiet night shift.
Accountability is necessary. Public humiliation is not.

She handles all critical IT-related work at ECI, so effectively the entire voter list is under her control for tampering.

If she has access to digital voter lists in the whole country, even Amit Shah and the entire machinery have access to it. When opposition rightfully demanded digital voter lists for transparency, the compromised CEC gave us printed voter lists that could fill a big room! When asked for CCTV footage of booths, he invoked matao aur bahano!

So, that pretty much answers the question of who ordered TCS to make the illegal changes to Form 6!

Happy to see the investment and support for sports by our #DravidianModel Government bearing fruit at the 20th Asian Games being held in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan.

A big round of applause to Tamil Nadu’s super-talented athlete, Vidya Ramaraj, who has set a new record by clocking 54.75 seconds in the women’s 400m hurdles.

Recognising her talent, our Dravidian Model Government ensured that Vidya received the necessary support under the ELITE category as well as assistance from the HCI.

Coming from a humble background, Vidya has emerged as an inspiration to millions.

I also congratulate all our Tamil Nadu athletes Abinaya, Vishal, Rajesh Ramesh, Abhay Singh, Josna Chinnappa, Velavan Senthilkumar, Baranica, Hariharan and Kamalini for winning medals for India at the Asian Games and making Tamil Nadu proud.

Efforts such as financial assistance through various schemes including TNCF, and the provision of government jobs to 300 athletes under the 3% sports reservation have played a significant role in helping our sportspersons achieve these heights.

I hope the current government will continue to extend such support to our athletes, enabling them to achieve even greater success.

May our sports stars continue to rise and shine!
