@Olacabs gross apathy from ride booking apps. Due to high demand, customer service is at an absolute back burner. No response against unprofessional drivers. They ask your drop point, and if it's not where they want to go, they cancel after mailing you wait for 10-20 mins

@Uber_India @Uber_Support Your drivers cancel after asking for location as can be seen in screenshots below and then you charge customers cancellation fee while they are frantically trying to rebook after waiting forever.

@ICICIBank_Care The whole idea of opening an account with ICICI was so I don't have to visit a branch. You guys are "digital" and all. So far been very happy with my Axis account. Working mom of an infant here, if going to branch was an option, would have done so.

@ICICIBank_Care Bng made 2 visit a branch for smthng as simple as changing a mobile number. Issue was discussed during account opening. It's a shame that sales guys would promise anything to make the sale and then no one offers resolution.
