The woman is young so I am guessing she wouldn’t have had a brand new bug back then.
I am guessing early 70s from what she is wearing and the car.

There were two of them together at one point. I think that one has the bright red tail and the other has a brown tail.
I couldn’t get any decent pictures but did a quick reel with his distinctive chatter.

The prison system is at crisis point and full of men with mental health and addiction problems.
