@AmazonHelp I did not pick the freight company. I paid Amazon for a product sold on. Amazon. This logic from Amazon is useless and circular.

So has this happened to anyone else .. you order something from Amazon, it does not show up. You call up, they say it's due to a freight forwarder issue and they have no responsibility and are unwilling to help chase it down. But they did take your cash.
