Is LSD with MDMA the best psychedelic combo for healing? ✨
Could be.
Just published a great guest post from @nowtheo where he shares his experience on candyflipping to heal complex trauma 👇

People say "Don't look in the mirror on psychedelics".
I completely disagree.
Some of the most powerful and lasting insights I've had have come from 'mirror work'.
At least TRY looking in the mirror on psychedelics. What you see might surprise you!
High dose psychedelic experiences are like check-in points in life.
You touch base with yourself.
Based on what comes up; you recalibrate and reorient.
Then, it's time to roll on forward...

Sometimes, I wonder if a DMT trip is a teleportation to the end of time.
The infinite game ends and everything collapses into pure play, absurdity, and nostalgia for times past.
A cosmic circus.
In some ways, the experience itself feels like the ending of a theatre play.
But instead of having the curtains close, they shoot WIDE OPEN,
and all the actors get together and congratulate each other for their incredible performance, and fireworks go off, and everyone celebrates how fun it was.
Some, show off what they learned during the theatre play, others reminisce about the beautiful times and others contemplate the perfection of it all.
A common theme is that people communicate with sentient beings, "Machine elves", and that they are always very keen to teach you something.
They recognize you as a visitor, they know your time with them is short, and they want to show you things.
Impossibly intricate machines, and toys, language that seems to bend into the space itself.
But why are they so eager to show you these things?
They know that you are from a distant past, they know that you still understand very little.
Could it be that they are trying to show you how to reach this end of time; the conclusion of the greatest story?
I believe that this is the case, that a deep DMT experience shows the archetype of the "end of a great story".
And not in a sad way, but in the most beautiful and perfect way imaginable.
Looking forward to talking self-care on Saturday at @tamintegration's jam in a stellar lineup.
Should be an excellent weekend for both the psychedelically enthusiastic and curious!
