The FBI has arrested 21-year-old Jonathan Hunter Kramer of Valencia, Pennsylvania, accusing him of preparing a mass shooting in support of ISIS after agents seized a semiautomatic rifle, five magazines, 190 rounds of ammunition, a rifle scope and bipod, pepper spray and around 30 knives.

Kramer operated online as “Hamza Al Rashid,” claimed affiliation with ISIS, offered to distribute explosives manuals and spoke about preparing for his “mission,” saying a weapon was what he was still missing. Authorities say he had consumed ISIS propaganda, developed attack concepts and pledged allegiance to the terrorist organization.
