@Mahindra_Auto It’s so disappointing to even mention that you guys SUCK at Service Center and will take ages to come to a level where @Toyota_India @MSArenaOfficial is in terms of Servicing and customer Satisfaction.

1. I need you to escalate at your end that why a 1K/20K free service takes 6+ hours…
2. ⁠Why a Job cart is opened after almost 2 hours coming to SC.
3. ⁠Why entire staff goes on Lunch at 1 point in time bringing entire work to a COMPLETE HALT.
