And of course, he didn’t go alone. He brought an entire media setup along with his chamchas and walked into the school while classes were actually going on.

What gives him the right to conduct these inspections while classes are going on?

He is just going to keep disturbing everyone like this. If he really wants to inspect schools, why doesn’t he go after school hours?

But then, doing all this when the school is empty wouldn’t get him the same media attention.
