@HiCagr Plus if the move is away from EML, then InP area shrinks which will affect fab utilization and overall lower $. Look what happened to Silicon Carbide. Look what happened to Gallium Arsenide, or Analog in general for years.

@HiCagr The problem is that they are ramping into a supply glut. You have Lite ramping a Qorvo fab in NC, Cohr building in Sherman, TX. You have Semtech entering the market and who knows how many in China that eat low margin, lower quality sockets.
