So excited to share what started as a summer 2020 pandemic lab rotation with @RyanWSchwark and ended as a review in eLIFE together with @fuxjagerlab. I am sure review will be controversial but hopefully interesting!

Before and after receiving the Young Investigator Award from @SfNtweets. Deeply grateful to my lab, mentors, collaborators, friends, my parents, and my beautiful wife and kids.
Very excited to announce this GRC which I am co-chairing with Mala Murthy. I also want to encourage applications from students, postdocs and junior faculty who have never attended a Gordon Conference and who interested in this topic.

#ABS2023 so proud of @Marc_F_Schmidt sharing the fun behavior and communication our team is conducting! You can see his famous male cowbird mating display 🐦⬛ suspected to correlate to song quality. Much deserved celebratory din 🍻🍜
Wonderful visit yesterday by @mlong11215. So nice finally catching up in person and getting a chance to show him our "smart aviary" and chatting about cool cowbird social behavior.
@NitsanGoldstein@AmberAlhadeff@__Matt_Carter__ Big HUGE congratulations Nitsan. So sorry I missed your defense (I was on a trip in Canada). You have been such an inspiration to all of us on the 3rd floor of Lynch!
