Proverbs 16 contains 3 of my favorite Bible verses. Vs 3-Commit your actions to the Lord and your plans will succeed. Most people plan then ask God to bless THEIR plans. That’s backwards. Ask God to give you the right plan. Vs 18- Pride goes before destruction. That’s when we think WE create the best plans. That’s a recipe for disaster. Vs 32 says patience is better than power. Often we need patience to let God’s plans play out.
This has been a formula I have used in my life. Have the faith to follow God, the humility to not think I know it all, and the patience to let God’s plans come to fruition.
Pay attention to politics. Get involved & vote. But reject the rage monster, and get off the emotional roller coaster. Politics is important, but it's not ultimate. Control what you can, and leave the rest in God's hands.
Pray, and let God worry. - Martin Luther
In case you missed it, we were excited to see our ticket @SonskiOnak2024 get some attention in this piece in the @NRO this week.
Americans across the spectrum are looking for principled options. We are offering a vision that promotes human flourishing from womb to tomb.
Happy Independence Day! To break free and become independent from our 2-party political system that is dividing us, check out the American Solidarity Party. https://t.co/N2EmJPiNNb @AmSolidarity
You’ve heard recently from the major party candidates. Please allow me a few minutes too. Thank you @AndCampaign and @Christhecitizen. https://t.co/PYIEpthepd
Trump: "You're the worse President ever."
Biden: "No, YOU'RE the worst President ever!"
The fourth-grade level of the "debate", the palpable hate emanating from the stage, and the vacuity of most of what they said, shows the urgent need for a full reset of American politics. #Kennedy24
We’d like to thank @CNN for taking the time to broadcast two of the strongest possible arguments in favor of electoral reform and alternative voices in American politics.
One of the folks at the Southern Baptist @ERLC gave us this shoutout, in a series of interviews about faith and voting. Check it out!

Adopting orphans was one way the early church fought the "culture war" in Mediterranean antiquity. "Social justice" Christians were orphan focussed. They invented the "orphanage." It led to revival. Huh! James 1:27 led to "revival" not CCM emotionalism.😎 https://t.co/zewy8L0e5C
The year is 2023 and @nytdavidbrooks explains Abraham Kuyper’s sphere sovereignty on a national television show. (Go to 6:45 mark for the reference). https://t.co/3RB8oCGZxb
.@JustinEGiboney - I love pickleball and would love to play it with you if you come to Michigan. Also, lab-grown meat is the future, economics (lower costs in the future compared to animal meat) will drive a free market shift, but animal meat will still be an option, don’t worry!
Maternal mortality in black women is a serious pro-life issue. If you self identify as pro-life but have never given a moment’s thought to it, perhaps consider why that is?
How might traditional pro-life views become more holistic? This is an essential component. #WholeLife
@pengwennotes @KellyMRosati Both major political parties have put up other viable candidates. Several other minor parties will have other candidates too. Let’s encourage good debates and serious considerations of all candidates.
