@Anmol35007 We are not ignoring. We are fully cooperating. I have faith in the SEC and DoJ. All trades, transactions, and relevant communications are under meticulous review. Our firm has the best talent, working in diverse innovative fields. We see a clear future here which is thriving.
The brainchild of Mr. Sanjay Singh, Kane Consulting has always strived to deliver the best and most innovative solutions to our clients, going forward together to revolutionize the world. However, the last decade's events have been challenging for our clients and us.
@Pooja_BW_IIMK@Anmol35007@backwatersiimk It is basic ethics to not fight publicly by name-calling people involved in an ongoing investigation. Here is the material basis of the things I have mentioned:
1 Extensive due diligence of all clients
2 Revamping the partner nomination system
3 Expanding clientele to startups
@krrishkoh Improvisation is a very bland way of sugarcoating the situation you are in. You improve on small mistakes. But the current scenario demands firm action, transformation, and realization of the fundamental flaws within the organization, that led to its failure.
@mj_2087 You are acknowledging that something's wrong which is good. But without a plan for ensuring the restoration of the firm values poses only more uncertainty and lack of trust. Ensuring values are upheld is the last stage. When will you recognize and address the key stakeholders?
@abiBackwaters@backwatersiimk Calling fundamental structural flaws consequential mistakes indicates to your lack of seriousness toward the situation. If a slack attitude is adopted by the leadership of the firm, then how can anyone, be it an employee or partner, or client trust the efficiency of the firm?
@TahseenIIMK@backwatersiimk Blaming the complete situation on your employees is a clear depiction of leadership failure. Your organization failed to uphold the values and serve your clients properly. Instead of taking responsibility, you throw under the bus the very people who keep your firm functioning.
@bajaj_speaks The firm exemplifying what organizational failure looks like will completely thrash the business and there will be no firm left to protect. Your stepping down implies that problems run to the top. Who's to say the new leadership won't repeat the same mistake?
@SnehilSah21 The case the firm faces today is a clear-cut example of how only values cannot ensure a correct direction for a large organization. With the level of malpractice taking place, do you really think you "might" change "some" regulations? Would this lack of seriousness work?
@SoniyaHassina Everyone understands that with independence comes a natural moral responsibility as to what actions we can pursue. But by adding the term conditional, not only does a person's independence become controlled, rather it changes the very principles on which Kane and Co. is built.
@Pooja_BW_IIMK The notion of stringent policies and by-laws is bound to germinate a more hostile work culture within the organization. Desperate times do need desperate and strict measures, but wouldn't a step back from the 21st-century work culture be detrimental for our own firm?
@HarshvardhanIIM Responsibility toward clients is a given. But in the case we are facing today, a lot of components responsible for the functioning of a firm are completely shaken leading to employee uncertainty and sluggish management. When will we grow above the client supremacy culture?
@Anmol35007@backwatersiimk Agreed with you. Better vigilance and a good feedback mechanism can help us take care of our firm as well as expand systematically without the fear of being jeopardized.
@charusharmak The case was a matter of 2-3 parties indulging in illegal activity. One of them was your client itself. This statement of yours sends a message that you will protect your clients no matter what. What about protecting your employees from such clients?
Following the footsteps of our visionary founder, all the partners' interests are aligned to build a new future together with you all. We may have stumbled on a roadblock, but our passion for resolving problems has been undeterred. We are here to stay and impact a billion lives.
For an organization to thrive, it must sustain itself in the long-run. As the leader of the current organization, I promise to enforce stricter laws in place that protect our values and fulfill the core commitment of Kane Co. No actions at the cost of our values will be tolerated
