Is anyone else finding companies are starting remediation…. But lots of delays, lack of communication, general lack of caring for anyones wellbeing?

My cladded flat thermostat says 27 degree. I cannot remember the last time I used the heating, showers only, no one in Mon-Fri 7:30-6:30 and my bill is £184.90 this month 😰 oh and I can’t open the windows because the cladding has a spider infestation that MA refuse to deal with

@EWS1exhausted @ActionFSJ Yeah still live there as only the external walls needed remediating so was done from our balconies. Bellway is our developer.

@EWS1exhausted @ActionFSJ About 400 flats 2 buildings about 18m and the rest below. It took about 10 months if I remember correctly. However and obviously they done it wrong so here we are back at remediation and already with delays

@EWS1exhausted @ActionFSJ We had this done in 2019. All externally done. Balconies just closed off from the outside while they accessed the external walls.
