Česko nemusí v Tesla FSD Supervised vymýšlet vlastní byrokratické kolečko.

Nizozemský úřad RDW systém posuzoval přes 18 měsíců.

Dánsko, Litva, Estonsko a Belgie už postupují podle nizozemského schválení.

ČR by měla udělat totéž.

Založil jsem k tomu ePetici.

FSD Supervised není autonomní řízení bez řidiče.

Řidič dál odpovídá.
Řidič musí sledovat provoz.
Řidič musí být připraven zasáhnout.
Tohle není debata o robotaxících.
Je to debata o pokročilém asistenčním systému, který už jiné evropské státy pustily do provozu.

Ministerstvo dopravy k tomu zatím komunikuje hlavně opatrnost, výhrady a čekání na EU.

Bezpečnost má být první. S tím souhlasím.

Ale pokud jiné státy EU umí převzít nizozemské schválení, ČR má buď udělat totéž, nebo veřejně říct konkrétně proč ne.

Ne obecně „bezpečnost“.

Konkrétní právní překážka.
Konkrétní technický důvod.
Konkrétní rozdíl českého provozu.
Konkrétní argument, proč Dánsko může a ČR ne.

Jinak je to jen další případ, kdy Česko čeká, až inovace povolí někdo jiný.

Cíl petice je jednoduchý:
Aby Ministerstvo dopravy bez zbytečného odkladu převzalo nizozemské prozatímní schválení Tesla FSD Supervised do podmínek provozu v ČR po vzoru Dánska, Litvy, Estonska a Belgie.
Nechci žádné české testování placené státem.
Nechci obcházení pravidel.

Chci převzetí evropského posouzení, které už použily jiné členské státy.

Pokud to nejde, stát má veřejně říct přesně proč.

První cíl: 1 000 podpisů.
