JUST IN: The Nigeria Immigration Service has asked Nigerians in the United Kingdom who completed their Contactless Passport Application but are yet to receive their passports to submit their details for resolution.
@proudnursemj Congratulations @proudnursemj you are the one who encouraged me to take the bold step. I'm always happy I sent you a DM that led me here. More wins omo uluu ria.
Indexing fees
Exam fees
SCHOOL FEES
Notification fees
And many other exploitative fees but NMCN needs a letter of good standing from your employer to say you are a nurse!
Don't forget the enemy, it's not the court but the COUNCIL
It is clear that the NMCN is paying deaf ears to Nigerian nurses.
It is very visible that the NANNM president is not going to do anything about the plight of nurses.
It is obvious that the NMCN registrar at this time is not changing the new verification rules.
Why not #Resign?
Why not step down and tell Nigerian nurses that you are tired?
#Resign #Resign #Resign
If you believe that the NMCN registrar came on TV to tell lies about the Nigerian nursing profession, RETWEET THIS.
If you know that the NMCN Registrar lied about the pay of nurses in Nigeria, share this tweet.
If you know that most nurses in Nigeria still earn as low as 25k naira monthly and most are unemployed, REPOST THIS!!

Nigerian nurses are not NMCN property
Nigerian nurses are not government property
Nigerian nurses were not trained for free.
Nigerian nurses are professionals who worked hard to earn their licences.
Their license is not the property of the NMCN or government!!!

The fact Nigeria still thinks the solution to more nurses leaving Nigeria to practice abroad is to enroll more nurses in Nursing schools and universities is what baffles me.
Enroll 2 million nurses, and they will leave at the end of the day because you have nothing to offer them. Nurses are humans with dreams. Gone are the days of “I'm proud to be a nurse” with nothing to show. A laborer is worthy of his/her wages.
NMCN this is not what Nigerian Nurses asked for 📌
Restoring the Verification Portal with your New Rules is a NO NO NO ❌❌❌

NMCN REOPENS VERIFICATION PORTAL
The NMCN @Nigeria_NMC is very well prepared to battle with her members.
1. They claimed the verification portal was removed for over 3 months due to tech issues.
2. They reopened the portal less than 5 days after the circular, with new rules.
Don’t be scared about coming out for the demonstration, it will be as peaceful as you can ever imagine. We have security backings and clearance so if the issue of security is your fear, worry no more cause nurses reform initiatives gat your back. There will be enough refreshments 😁 and nurse Cynthia will be giving out free copies of her book “why i hate nursing practice in Nigeria’’
