@BBVA_USA Finally spoke to someone on the phone yesterday and was told to go to a local branch. You can't call them, you have to go in with proof of ID to unlock your account. I hope this saves some of y'all time.

@BBVA_USA Update, this is how long it takes to unlock your account. Just add 3 more days of that without reaching someone and you too can have access to your own money.

@BBVA_USA This is an absolute JOKE. After being on the phone for 2 days in a row now no updates. When I finally got a hold of an agent it took him 20 minutes to tell me the system was down. When someone gets this class action together please contact me. I’m also filing an FDIC complaint.

Wife Drove an hour each way and spent 4 hours at our closest branch. Couple notes for others the Branches have no clue what's going on. They were told via email the merge was happening a MONTH from now.

@Walgreens please update your pharmacy system to include notes on why medication is on hold. I shouldn't have to call and wait on hold for an hour to get a status update since your system simply states "on hold". On hold for what??
