⚡️A court in Sweden has allowed the transfer of the arrested ship of the Russian "shadow fleet", Caffa, to Ukraine, reports Reuters.

The cargo ship is suspected of illegally exporting Ukrainian products from temporarily occupied territories. According to the investigation, the ship systematically violated the order of entry into Ukrainian ports in the TOT.

The Swedish court also stated that the crew's actions may constitute a war crime, which simplifies the transfer of the ship and evidence to the Ukrainian side.
