I should mention that legally I can directly send money to my family in Cuba. This isn't what I was trying to do but even I was - it's legal. So is sending gifts. @BankofAmerica just keeps telling me "it's in review." And can't go any faster. FRUSTRATING.

My family in Cuba is struggling right now due to shortages. I tried to @Zelle a cousin going to Cuba money to bring Xmas gifts. Howver, writing the word Cuba in the memo line has broken Zelle and @BankofAmerica has had my transfer in review since 12/01. My cousin left ...(c)

@BankofAmerica. Yet they keep contacting me asking me more questions about how the money will be used. IT WON'T BE at this point. It's been 30 days (c)
