My boss had me schedule a group meeting.

12 participants.

9 of them were AI note takers.

The AI note takers joined early, introduced themselves and immediately began writing notes about each other.

By the time the humans joined, the AI note takers had:
- created a shared doc
- summarized the meeting that hadn’t started
- assigned action items for another meeting as a follow up

The 9 AI note takers then emailed the 28 pages of notes to all three people.

The humans did not even need to say a single word.
