@GoreLloyd @dgurdasani1 It was to see if weight loss aided long covid symptoms - followed the Newcastle diet and had a dietician check in regularly but honestly wouldn’t say it was sustainable. Tricky to know if I got better when I would have done or if the weightloss actually helped
