TMZ is proving my point on how incompetent the FBI is at times - he is suggesting talking with any FBI official and getting a different answer. Stop with the Carnaval barking. Enough with the games; this is real life, TMZ! @FBIDirectorKash@CoffindafferFBI@megynkelly #NancyGuthrie #BringNancyHome @MegynKellyShow@NancyGrace@AZPCDO

My two arrests were never supposed to make this story about me.
From day one, my purpose was simple: keep Nancy Guthrie's name in the public eye and keep attention on a missing person case that still has more questions than answers. Nothing more. Nothing less.
I am a true crime streamer, an independent journalist, and a citizen exercising rights protected by the Constitution. Before my arrest, a woman from the Gem house in a white van stopped her vehicle, rolled down her window, and said, "You just don't learn do you?" and more negative comments toward me. I ignored her and continued documenting.
Later, I heard claims were made that I urinated on camera during a livestream. That never happened. My livestream began in the Uber ride to the location. If such an event had occurred, it would have been captured on video for the world to see. It wasn't, because it didn't happen.
I was quietly sitting, documenting, and discussing the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie. I was not there to threaten anyone. I was not there to cause trouble. I was there to exercise my First Amendment rights and keep public attention on a case that remains unsolved.
Some neighbors and members of the community may not like me. That's their right. But constitutional rights do not disappear because someone feels uncomfortable with a journalist, a camera, or questions being asked. Throughout this process, I witnessed conduct that I believe deserved scrutiny, yet the focus remained on me and other youtubers.
When I was arrested, there were others present documenting and taking photographs and even parked on the roundabout, but they were white. The difference, in my view, is that I became the target.
If law enforcement believed I was resisting arrest, the reality is that I was demanding to know why I was being arrested for something I did not believe I had done. I never swung at anyone. I never injured anyone. I never attempted to harm anyone. I asked questions.
The truth is simple: I could have chosen a different path that day, but I didn't. I complied with the process, even while believing my rights were being violated.
Today, I remain committed to finding answers for Nancy Guthrie. I will continue searching, reporting, documenting, and speaking about this case. I will do so within the restrictions imposed upon me, even when I strongly disagree with them. The Judge said I can not go back to that neighborhood, 1A rights completely ignored. Judge must be under Nanos umbrella as well. So get over yourself you worthless Sheriff. Corruption at it's finest.
This was never about me.
It was always about Nancy.
And until answers come, I will keep asking questions.

@UberEats I’m done. Please never send that driver to my house again. Left the items where I asked them NOT to, drove on my lawn to turn his car around and when I opened the door the drink and bag fell over. He’s an idiot. Do they not know how to read??? #ubereatsTNsucks
@Uber_Support Here’s the pic. Right up against the door. I should have known since it wasn’t inside the porch on the chair, like I asked for, it would be right up against the door cause only an idiot would do that. It’s not the first time but it’s the worst one so far.
