Back in early January, my husband and I had a new kind of date night. This was before @openclaw took the internet by storm.
We built an MCP agent app together that sends Gmail straight from the app. Shared between us, fully orchestrated.
The whole thing started because I'd manually emailed eight different ski schools trying to find info for our kid's ski classes.
So now I just tell the agent what I'm looking for, it emails all the relevant places to get the details, and I get a comparison summary of every option right on my phone. Done.
We shipped it in 2 hours, over a glass of wine.
Then comes Openclaw and now we feel like there's a third wheel in our dates.
This is what building together looks like in 2026. For us, romance is shipping side by side at 11pm. 😂
@Codie_Sanchez Teach them foundational skills, critical thinking and emotional intelligence. Easier said than done, from a mom myself! I regularly think about how I’m preparing them to be competent adults, with love. At the end of the day, we’re just holding hands going home together.

No audience = oblivion. The end.
We're entering an era where distribution wins.
Products are getting easier to build. AI is levelling the playing field on execution. The moat used to be your tech stack. Now it's your audience.
The founders building in public, sharing their thinking, showing up consistently on X, they're building distribution before they need it.
Everyone else is invisible. Invisible brands don't survive.
Content has never been this important. A clear voice that reaches the right people is the difference between growth and oblivion.
Talk to your audience about what they care about. Add value. Ask questions. Provide learnings. Create pathways. Discard everything else.
A €2 pack of bubbles taught me more about community than any conference.
Yesterday my son and I were at the playground.
After a solid round of football, I was genuinely knackered, so I suggested we buy some bubbles instead.
We sat down.
Him in my lap.
Blowing bubbles.
Within minutes, kids appeared from everywhere.
Running.
Laughing.
Chasing bubbles.
Instant friendships forming.
I leaned over and whispered in his ear:
“One of the best ways to make friends is to serve people.
Find what makes them happy and add value to their lives, even if it’s just for a moment.”
He looked up at me and smiled.
And it struck me how universal that principle is.
Friendships.
Companies.
Communities.
The same rule applies.
Serve people.
Be authentic.
Have fun doing it.
The rest tends to follow.
Barcelona in spring reminds me why I moved here. Even when everything feels uncertain, the almond tree blooms without anyone's permission. Nature takes care of itself. There's something grounding about that.
@paulg This is exactly what happened to me. I studied something I was genuinely curious about, then became a PM at a London startup, and now I'm building in AI. None of it was the plan, but all of it was connected.
