2nd Rock the Vote case at #PPLC24: 61 yo M with usual comorbidities, stage IVB DLBCL (BM involvement), GCB-subtype, IPI 3, MYC/BCL6 rearrangements (no longer considered double hit in WHO 5 but provisional in ICC 2022). Pola-R-CHP wins the round.

Loving these Rock the Vote debates at #PPLC24 on controversial first line lymphoma treatments. First case was 22 yo F with stage IVB cHL, IPS 3. Dr. Herrera made a fantastic case for Nivo-AVD (78.7% agreed).

Update from #ASH21 with the POLARIX trial demonstrating a PFS benefit with pola-R-CHP vs R-CHOP (HR 0.73; p<0.02) but no difference in OS. #lymsm

Overall 2-year PFS 51% and OS 68%, with no difference in outcomes between R-CHOP vs R-EPOCH as 1st-line tx. Highlights the need for more prospective data and better treatment strategies!

We just saw very impressive efficacy of mosunetuzumab in R/R FL, now glofitamab in this bispecific oral session! ORR 81% as monotherapy and 100% in combination with obinutuzumab in pts with median 3 lines of prior therapy.

CRS 79% in the combo group, all G1/2.
